"Helpful support, but a little slow sometimes"
I ran into a few issues while setting up some automations, so I reached out to Omnisend support. They did get back to me, and the person helping was nice and seemed to know what they were doing, so I appreciated that. But a couple of replies took longer than I was hoping for, especially when I just needed a quick answer to keep moving. Maybe my expectations were a bit high? It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just more average than I expected.

"Personalization actually works well!"
I’ve been using omnisend.com for our email campaigns, the personalization features have been really solid. It’s simple to add customer names, segment people based on what they’ve bought, and send emails that feel a lot more relevant... without needing to do a ton of extra work. Our abandoned cart emails definitely feel less generic now, which is great. Some parts took me a little while to figure out, but overall, I’m really happy with it!

"Helpful support during a cautious switch"
We switched over to omnisend from another email platform, and I’ll admit I was cautious about the whole migration because I didn’t want to lose data or mess up our existing setup. Their support team was really helpful and answered all my questions along the way. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but they got most of the important things sorted and made the process feel a lot less stressful. Overall, it ended up being smooth.

"Could definitely use a little more"
It’s not bad, but I feel like it could use more. I know that sounds kind of vague, but that was my main takeaway after trying it. Like, the basic idea is there and it does what it’s supposed to do, but I kept feeling like something was missing, whether that’s more quantity, more features, more detail, or just a little extra effort overall. It’s fine for what it is, but I probably would’ve been happier if there was just a bit more included.

It was a bit hard for me to learn at first, but I think part of that was just bad timing. I started using it when I was already busy and distracted, so I didn’t really give myself the best chance to figure it out. Once I had more time to focus, it started making a little more sense

"Helpful stats, but report exports need work"
I do like the stats and they’ve been genuinely useful for keeping track of things, so I don’t feel like I’m being too picky here. It’s just that exporting reports feels more complicated than it needs to be. If that part were a little smoother, I’d probably use it even more.

Omnisend is okay overall. I can’t say I love everything about it, because some pages load slower than I’d like and the automations can lag a bit here and there. It’s not bad enough to make me stop using it, but yeah, it can be annoying sometimes. For what I need, it works well enough.

I connected Omnisend to my Shopify store in about 10 minutes, and it pulled in my products and customers without much effort from me. I mostly use it for abandoned cart emails and a basic welcome email, so I can’t really speak to every advanced feature, but for what I need it’s been solid. It pretty much just works. I did mess up one setting at the start, and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated...

I started using omnisend mainly for the signup forms and popups, it’s been easier than I expected. I figured there might be a lot of tech setup involved, but I was able to create a form, add it to my site, and start seeing new contacts come in quickly. The targeting options are straightforward too, which I appreciate. My list has been growing faster than it was before, and overall it’s felt smooth to use. No major complaints so far

"Segmentation is what keeps me using it"
Omnisend’s segmentation is probably the biggest reason I’ve stuck with it. Like, I can break customers out by what they bought, what they opened, what they clicked, or even what they didn’t do... and it’s actually not that hard to set up. It took me a little while to get comfortable with it, but now it feels easy. It’s helped me stop sending random emails and send stuff people are way more likely to care about...
